Company Description: Independently owned and operated by Fred Macli, P.E., a Licensed Professional Engineer, Licensed Home Inspector, Executive Member in The National Academy of Building Inspection Engineers and Certified Inspector in The American Society of Home Inspectors.
Since 1997, over 1,200 property inspections completed. Inspections apply to residential one through four family homes, apartments, commercial properties consisting of five family buildings and above, retail, small business and office buildings.
Company's Mission: Provide an independent, unbiased, accurate and complete property condition assessment. This will allow the Client to fully understand the the property in order to make an informed purchase decision or other related decisions.
Service Area: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Putnam and Rockland. Other areas in New York State available on request.
Scheduling: Inspections are performed Monday thru Friday in the morning or afternoon, and Saturday morning.
