APARTMENT (CO-OP and CONDO) INSPECTION
On-Site Inspection Time (typical):
• 1 1/2 hours which includes a building inspection time of 1/2 hour.
Building Walk-through Inspection:
• Exterior facades - where accessible and observable from ground level.
The following inspections require pre-approval from building management:
• Roof and parapet walls.
• Cental heating and hot water system, electric service to apartment.
Apartment Interior Inspection:
• Structural and water leaks, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling.
