• Building structural issue and related damage.
• Storm and flood damage.
• Water leak damage.
• Contractor negligence and related damage.
Inspection Procedure:
• Visual inspection of related issues and investiagtion of root causes.
Inspection Report:
• Document with narrative report and photographs as necessary.
• Describe inspection procedure and findings.
• Provide conclusions based on findings with recommendations for further action.
• Electronic version of report available within 24 hours of the on-site inspection.
• Hard copy of report mailed to client.
Litigation Support / Expert Witness Testimony:
• As required by Client's attorney.
